The standard production time is approximately 7-10 business days after receipt of merchandise & artwork approved.

Same Jobs may require custom estimates prices may vary. Set Up (One color/one location imprint) $32.00. Repeat Set Up (One color/one location) $16.00. Second Color/ Location Running Charge $.32. PMS Color Match $24.00, Spec Sample $32.00 (plus setup). Packing/ Unpacking/ Additional Services : $.15 each.

We reserve the right to revise these costs depending on the difficulty of the items being imprinted.

We must see a sample of this item to determine if we are able to imprint on it with positive results.

The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and within 7 business days of their arrival the customer must give written notice to us of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of order, should there be any issues with the order/goods,. If the customer fails to give such written notice within the 7 business days, the goods shall be deemed acceptable and the customer is bound to pay for the goods, and no credits/refunds/returns will be given or accepted. At the time the claim has been made to us, we will then investigate the issue.

We are not responsible for incorrect information given to us at the time the order was placed, approvals given on the order acknowledgement, approvals given on the art proof, or the changes on the order that were not confirmed received by us. The customer is responsible for approvals that have been made on both the order acknowledgement and final art proof, as once those approvals have been made, any discrepancy thereafter, we are not responsible for.
